I had the privilege of being a part of the PuneConnect 2019 – a flagship event which brings the Pune technology eco-systems together organized by #SEAP yesterday.
It was an honour to be a panelist on the #workforcenxt track along with
Mr Ketan Kapoor B (D&I HR, Siemens India, Ms Priti Singh (Vice President, Human Resources, South Asia, Mastercard), Mr Krishna Gopal (Global head – Enterprise business solutions and alliances, Tech mahindra).
This platform gave me opportunity to hear the astute views of my co-panelists whilst also adding my bits on diversity being an enabler and not a hindrance. How tough conversations are perceived to be tougher with a diverse workforce and is the workforce ready to alter their social behavior in the diverse eco- system at work?
We also spoke about how the tide is turning and the various initiatives that are being run/ need to be run to embed the culture of diversity and inclusion in your company.
