Milestone

You did good my friend; you’ve come a long way ❤!!

As I bask in the elevation to Senior Vice President, I write this reminder, to my very own self. I am humbled, I am grateful, for all the opportunities presented to me and that my accomplishments have been acknowledged. It’s been a pleasure to reach where I have, it has been an uphill journey and I am obliged for all its twists and turns that have brought me till here.

More than ‘self-patting’ this is also about the immense gratitude towards my organization, management, colleagues, everyone who have been there for me, who stood by me, who believed in me. It’s equally about the acknowledgement of all the learnings from you all.

Whilst I share this, I hope, I have been able to help some other people as well along the way within the community or outside who have been able to see some light at the end of the tunnel because of me or who have just felt educated and more aware looking at me.

And yes, this is a milestone and there is more that needs to be done.
