Year end reflections

Immense gratitude for all the opportunities of advocacy that came my way during 2020 which I could leverage to influence minds.

Ofcourse the year has been tumultuous on another level however as they say, we cannot control the winds but we can definitely adjust the sails. And we made through it.

With Adaptability and Resilience in our sails, here’s to many more new and exciting opportunities in 2021 壟

When you feel alive and kicking..

Last 3 weeks were extremely shoddy due to health issues. Along with an acute throat pain, headache, anxiety, lost appetite and insomnia, it was more painful due to the running from one doctor to the other and carrying out multiple tests to rule out the possibilities.

In the end it turned out to be ‘Dequevains Thyroiditis’, have been on medication post the correct diagnosis which includes steroids as well and it has been halping so far.

So, when finally you feel alive and kicking, this is what you do…
